Log Cabin Rentals

As our guests at the Log Cabins at Juniper Well , we want you to feel at home on the ranch ~ horses and pets are welcome, too!
Enjoy the peace and quiet that surrounds.  In summer feel the breezes through 1000-year old junipers, pinions and oaks.  In winter, your cabin is cozy with its woodstove and quilts.  A white carpet of snow may greet you in the morning.  The air is always clear and the views are breathtaking.

Choose from one of our four cozy cabins and before you know it you will  find yourself surrounded by the Prescott National Forest where new born calves can be spotted in the spring as well as deer, hawks, antelope, coyotes, bobcat, rabbits and birds. 

Tucked behind stately Granite Mountain, the pictureseque 42 acre ranch is a short but scenic 25 minute drive from the shops and restaurants of Prescott, Arizona.  You are truly in the country with all its peace, quiet and serenity. 

          
 

Group Events and Weddings

Our natural setting is ideal for group events such as family reunions, corporate retreats, and outdoor weddings .   Country weddings from small to large have taken place on the Ranch. The wedding arch nestles under 1000 year-old junipers creating a natural yet elegant setting.

Our guests are welcome to enjoy our public areas which include patios, ponds, gardens, a huge gazebo, BBQs & fire pits, and many sculptures by Rick Hartner/Sitting Duck Studios www.sittingduckstudio.com.  Our "Tienda" (gift shop) is filled with arts and crafts from our Juniper Well Ranch seasonal artists.  It also converts into a charming bar for large events.

Juniper Well Ranch and Vineyards

Visit the newly created winery at Juniper Well Ranch.  Dave and Linda planted over two acres of vineyards featuring the Spanish Tempranillo grape (our heartiest vines.)  We are also growing Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Syrah, Grenache, Pino Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc in our 2005 experimental vineyard.  Look for our new winetasting room to be opened the fall of 2009.  

Horse Boarding

As you enter Juniper Well Ranch, you pass by the barns and corrals of the ranch.  We offer horse boarding by the month or by the day. If you are staying with us in one of our log cabins, you are invited to bring your horse to enjoy the beauty of the area right along with you.
